Working with Coon’s Construction, OLSON LEWIS + Architects opens up the home’s once-compartmentalized rooms to create an expansive studio-living environment framed by exposed structure and natural wood. Large picture windows capture sweeping views of the cove and surrounding landscape—flooding the interior with daylight and offering an ever-changing backdrop for both art and everyday life.
The design celebrates the balance between preservation and transformation, maintaining the spirit of the original building while introducing modern comfort, energy efficiency, and visual clarity.
