FAQs

Everything you need to know about Mini Plan. Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Please call or email our team.
How much does it cost?
We tailor each proposal to your school and needs, but our intent with Mini Plan is to offer a fast solution that can get you answers and next steps quickly. With that in mind we tend to scale the scope to meet a $5-10K range.
How do we get started?
We recommend an onboarding call where you can answer a few questions about your school and your campus. This call allows us to do pre-research and allows us to easily schedule our visit.
What other services can we add on?
Mini Plan is a great kickoff for finding solutions that meet your goals. In the final deliverables package we include a proposal for additional services we think you might need to take the next steps. These range from renderings and fundraising collateral to renovation and new build proposals.
What's the difference between a Mini Plan and a Master Plan?
Mini Plan is a natural first step in the master plan or building project process. It takes slices from our structured Master Planning process and moves them forward to a fast-paced solutions driven exercise. Master Plans typically involve a large number of stakeholders and groups-covering faculty, staff, students, families, board members, and the greater campus communities. Mini Plan, on the other hand, can be executed in a smaller leadership group to deliver a future vision for the campus.
