Village Fertility Pharmacy expands its operations with a 12,800 sf facility more than 10 times the size of its previous location. The project transforms an existing commercial space to bring sterile compounding, patient care, education, and retail services together in one setting.
At the center of the facility is an ISO-class sterile cleanroom suite designed for compounding injectable medications used in fertility treatment. Structural and mechanical upgrades provide the controlled airflow, filtration, and utility distribution required for cleanroom operations. Integrating these systems into the existing building allowed the pharmacy to increase its capacity without ground-up construction.
Private consultation rooms support individualized care plans and treatment instruction, while an expanded retail area provides more space for pregnancy and fertility products. The completed facility pairs the technical precision of a specialty pharmacy with a more comfortable and personal patient experience.
