Manchester-by-the-Sea restored two familiar waterfront structures at Tucks Point to support their continued public use. Funded through a special town warrant, renovations to the harborfront rotunda preserve its role as a focal point within the public park while updating it for contemporary community needs.
The neighboring Chowder House was also renovated and restored, with a dining pavilion and kitchen available for seasonal gatherings. Together, the two structures maintain the character of a well-loved civic landmark and provide welcoming places to gather along the harbor.
