Completed in 2018, the MSPCA Cape Cod Adoption Center in Barnstable replaces the organization’s original shelter with a 12,500 sf facility three times its size. The $5M center can house more than 200 animals, expanding the MSPCA’s capacity for care and adoption across Cape Cod.
The building includes spaces for dog training, medical evaluations, and spay-and-neuter services, along with dedicated housing for cats, dogs, rabbits, and other animals. Its layout supports efficient daily care while creating a comfortable, welcoming setting for animals and prospective adopters.
