To help Brooks School attract and retain outstanding educators, OLSON LEWIS + Architects designed three new single-family faculty homes that expand the school’s on-campus housing. Built using modular construction, the new houses were assembled swiftly over the summer months — allowing the project to stay on schedule despite unusually rainy weather and ensuring the homes were ready for the start of the school year.
The new residences share many of the architectural details and materials of the original faculty houses we designed for Brooks in 2004, creating a cohesive campus neighborhood where teachers live steps away from the classrooms, fields, and dorms that define daily life at the school. This continued investment in quality faculty housing strengthens Brooks’ mission to build a close-knit community where students and teachers live, learn, and grow together.
