The renovation of Ithaki Restaurant reworks the dining room and adds a small expansion for a new 20-seat bar. Relocating the entrance to a more central position creates a clearer distinction between the restaurant and bar, while an angled feature wall screens the kitchen and restrooms and improves circulation.
Inside, a generous circular bar, upholstered banquettes, low lounge seating, and soft carpeting create a comfortable, residential atmosphere. The design gives guests the sense of being welcomed into a generous family home.
