Elm Street Village is a community of 12 market-rate homes arranged as six duplexes in Manchester-by-the-Sea. Developed through a study of several planning options and an approvals process with the town, the final by-right development creates an intimate neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and the commuter rail station.

Ranging from 2,700 to 2,800 sf, the three-story homes are designed to feel like individual residences, each with private outdoor space. Most include three bedrooms, with one five-bedroom home, along with open living areas, custom finishes, and green building elements. The architecture responds to the established character and scale of Manchester-by-the-Sea while giving the new homes a cohesive village identity.
