Set against the rocky edge of the North Atlantic, Ocean View is organized around light and the close relationship between indoors and out. Large ocean-facing windows bring the water into the primary living spaces, while oversized door openings, transoms, and a broad pass-through carry daylight into the rooms farther from the coast.
The kitchen and living area remain visually connected to the dining room, allowing views and light to move through the house without interruption. On the deck, retractable insect screens transform an exposed terrace into a comfortable outdoor dining room throughout the summer. The design balances a refined interior with the immediacy of its rugged coastal setting.
