Concert Pharmaceuticals’ laboratory build-out at 99 Hayden Avenue transformed Suite 500 in the Ledgemont Technology Center’s C Building into an R&D environment for advanced chemistry. Designed by OLSON LEWIS + Architects and built by The Richmond Group, the facility supported the company’s deuterium chemistry platform and development of small-molecule therapies.
The laboratory infrastructure was planned around specialized synthesis work, with dedicated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for chemical research. Modular casework, fume hoods, and localized gas distribution provide adaptable work areas that can respond as research programs change.
Located within a multi-tenant research campus, the build-out gave Concert a dedicated technical environment during its first decade of growth and early clinical development.
