A substantial exterior renovation gives the industrial structure a new public face. A glass entrance canopy and curtain wall mark the arrival point and bring natural light into the reception area. Inside, a warm material palette with orange accents carries Anika’s identity through the public spaces. Open office areas use modular acoustic materials to support collaboration while managing sound.
