ImmunoGen’s 126,000 sf headquarters in Waltham brings laboratory and office functions together in a phased build-out designed to respond to the company’s changing needs. Research areas support antibody engineering, biochemistry, and cell line development, while the workplace includes private offices, 258 open workstations, and shared collaboration areas.
At the center of the workplace, the Innovation Zone and a communicating stair connect people and floors. Seminar spaces provide room for larger meetings, while a wellness room and breakroom support employees throughout the day.
Shoji-inspired interior glazing, lanterns, and related details create a recurring visual language across the facility. These elements bring warmth and a consistent identity to both the technical and workplace areas.
