The office program includes open workstations, private offices, collaboration areas, a lounge, and a fitness center. Reception and communicating stairs organize movement through the workplace, while a flexible café and kitchenette provide informal places to meet.
The laboratory program is designed around adaptable workflows and specialized research needs. Dedicated spaces support scale-up drug production, biology, chemistry, tissue culture, NMR, and bioanalytical research, along with freezer and cold-storage rooms. Together, the laboratory and workplace areas support scientific work while giving teams a variety of settings for focus and collaboration.
