OLSON LEWIS + Architects’ Animal Care Studio led the first phase of the MSPCA’s redevelopment of its 50-acre Nevins Farm campus in Methuen. The new anchor building brings a surgical suite, boarding kennel, and adoption spaces for cats, dogs, birds, and reptiles together within one facility.
An outdoor riding area extends the program beyond the building and supports the farm’s broader animal care work. As the first phase of redevelopment, the project establishes an organizing center for future improvements across the Nevins Farm site.
