We’re proud to share that our Annisquam Artist Studio project is featured in the Fall 2025 issue of Northshore Home Magazine. The article, “The Sound of Annisquam,” highlights how this historic coastal home—originally a boat-building shed—was transformed into an inspiring artist studio overlooking Lobster Cove.
Working closely with our client and Coon’s Construction, our team reimagined the space to honor its maritime past while opening it up to natural light, coastal views, and artistic energy. The vaulted ceilings, exposed structure, and warm material palette create a studio that’s both deeply personal and richly connected to its surroundings.
This project embodies what we love most about coastal architecture: crafting spaces that tell a story—rooted in place, history, and creative spirit.
