Proceeding with Caution, Diligence, & Optimism

As we navigate these uncertain and unprecedented times in light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are reminded of the value of community.

All of us at OLSON LEWIS + Architects are committed to the health and well-being of our staff, our clients, our colleagues, and the wider community. We are proceeding with caution, diligence, and optimism moving forward.

As of today, Wednesday, March 18, 2020, OL + will be accommodating a work-from-home policy for our employees adhering to the guidelines established by local, State, and Federal authorities.

These guidelines include ‘social distancing’, restrictions on travel, foregoing attendance at large group meetings and events, and implementing all applicable hygiene protocols. We will be asking the same of all of our clients, colleagues, and consultants. We are encouraging all meetings be conducted remotely.

OL+ has already implemented most of the tools that will allow us to service our clients’ needs remotely. We are committed to continuing to provide the highest level of professional service during this global emergency. We have asked all of our staff to maintain the same level of communication to all key project members in an attempt to minimize disruption and delays during the next few weeks.

We are limiting in-house meetings to five or less individuals. We will also be proposing alternative meeting options. Please contact the appropriate TEAM member >> to make any necessary arrangements or with any questions about our specific policies. We appreciate your flexibility.

We recognize the importance of helping our community including our employees, friends, and neighbors, while doing everything we can to support the local economy. As a practice and more importantly as a community, we recognize the enormous civic responsibility of staying safe while navigating unique circumstances.

We will continue to communicate updates with everyone as we learn more.

We will all get through this together.
