An interior designer with a background in textile design, Michele has brought specialized programming and design expertise that continue to enrich our practice—particularly in the Life Sciences sector.

Michele’s approach is rooted in understanding the operational needs and creative energy within scientific workplaces. She integrates technical precision with a focus on the human experience, designing environments that empower discovery and innovation. For Michele, Beautiful Places are found in human-scaled details that bring a company’s mission to life.
Her work consistently deepens and complements the architectural services we provide, creating spaces that respond not just to the work being done, but to the people doing it.

In her leadership role, Michele continues to guide Life Science clients while actively mentoring the next generation of designers. Through field placements and internships, she supports local college students, sharing her knowledge and passion for meaningful, client-centered design.
