Although we don't live there now, I did grow up going to that house in the summer. My grandfather built it and my father was sad to let it go. My dad was concerned with any changes being considered. In the end, he was thrilled with the way it turned out — the next version of his family summer home. He knows his dad would have been pleased as well. The new addition and renovations really improve the feel and functionality of the house.
